WeFirst have the single objective of serving as the sub-distributor of products to the retail channel where product owners cannot service efficiently and effectively.

Product Owners (Manufacturers, Publishers, and Distributors) has to balance coverage vs. cost in servicing the retail channels. Besides product cost and marketing budget, there are 2 other major costs such as logistics (fulfillment) and salesman hours.

WeFirst are especially attractive as a sales agent for product owners, which have few products to sell into the retail channel, and yet need to cover a wide network of retail shops. They will find it not viable operationally to work directly with chain stores and superstores. WE FIRST are the vehicle that they need, in making regular sales calls and fulfilling the orders to the retail stores on a regular and timely basis. We act as the aggregator of sales order on behalf of product owners as well as their fulfillment house.
